• DISPLAY MATERIALS – All fireworks and mortars for display
• PYROTECHNICS – All personnel are trained, licensed and/or certified
• LABOR AND EQUIPMENT – Qualified crews to set up, fire and dismantle display
• PERMITS – Little Big Shots Fireworks will attend planning board meetings and assist in obtaining local and/or state permits

• INSURANCE – All displays are covered by $1,000,000 liability insurance with a certificate of insurance issued to the sponsor
• RAIN DATES/POSTPONEMENTS – These dates are available upon request and arranged by both parties.  In the event of a postponement, a fee not to exceed 15% of contract price will be assessed
• CANCELLATION – In the event of a total cancellation, a sliding percentage fee of contract price will be assessed
• STORAGE – In event of postponement/rain date, all product will be returned to ATF approved magazine for storage

The sponsor is responsible for providing police and/or fire protection as may be required.
